Hostega Network - Privacy Policy!

When you sign up for service with Hostega Network, we collect personal information from you including your name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card or other payment information, and a password. We may also collect your IP address, and your browser type and version, all of which are collected in an anonymous manner without being linked to any of your personal information.

We use customer information for the purposes of creating and maintaining individual customer accounts, contacting customers in case of a problem with their account, sending personal information, for statistical purposes, to administer our systems, to conduct surveys, to administer drawings or contests, and to provide technical support. All of our development is done in-house, and hence no contracted parties will ever have access to individual customer information.

This site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have excellent anti-hacking software in place that was either purchased from third-parties and or programmed by our in-house developers. There is hardly any risk of information being compromised or accessed by any unauthorized parties

Hosting Refunds are issued within 30 days of your hosting sign-up. Termination of your account for violation of this terms of service is permanent grounds for non-refund. Domain registration fees are not available because we do not register them ourselves; rather, a third-party registers the domains. Instead of a refund for domain registration, we will transfer the domain to you.

You use at your own risk, Hostega Network is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Hostega Network servers.

All shared and reseller account cancellations must be submitted 7 days before the next billing cycle. Dedicated server and all other account cancellations must be made 14 days before the next billing cycle, failure to do so will result in service being billed for an additional cycle.
